WebXMail

A web-based mail client designed to deliver flexible, intuitive yet secure messaging in high volume messaging systems, WebX.Mail is a fully functional mail application for either UNIX or NT environments.  Access control can be maintained at the server level, as well as options for service configuration.  It is ideally suited to add value to the Incite Messaging Server infrastructure.

Implementing WebX.Mail as part of your infrastructure will:

WebX.Mail also gives your users the functionality they expect:

• Today's Summary: Notifies user of new mail and today’s calendar items.

• Personal Options: Allows user to reset password, edit personal profile, and set preferences for messages, Calendar Services and “Getmail” to retrieve mail from other POP3 email accounts.

• Messaging Services: Send, send attachments, retrieve, cc:, bcc:, save draft, create subdirectories.

• Address Book: Store personal and business details for ease of use and reduced errors.

• File Store:  User can upload and download files for private or public viewing and use.

• Web Favourites: Storage of, and direct access to, frequently visited URLs.

• Calendar:  Access and update calendar items from within the email system.

• Reporting functions:  User can specify receipt, report of delivery and urgency of message.

• Optional Virus Scan: Using our Connector to 3rd party virus scan engines, system administrator can set options for virus handling.
