Press Release
Incite Messaging Server passes all tests specified by the NISCC.
Richmond, BC, January 1, 2004
Incite Software Solutions is pleased to announce that the Incite Messaging Server has been successfully subjected to security testing as defined by the National Infrastructure Security Co-ordination Centre (NISCC). The NISCC — a UK-based interdepartmental organization mandated to protect government agencies and the private sector against electronic attack — issued the threat assessment testing in late 2003.
The Incite Messaging Server has been verified against and passed all tests as specified by the NISCC. This means that the potential vulnerability of the Incite product to security risks is deemed "low".
Following the test procedures, further enhancements were added to the Incite Messaging Server to increase security and improve reliability.
